  1. What is LifeStyletic’s relation with the items listed on the Wellness Grocer &@ LifeStyletic e-shop?

We are a reseller of green lifestyle products, natural foods, vitamins,minerals, supplements personal care, baby, pet care and household care. We are not the products’ manufacturer.

However, we are the designer, creator, owner and seller of ‘LaViequehome products. We do hope you like our products which are ecological and handmade. Please feel free to drop us your feedback or idea suggestions to improve our LaVieque Décor line.



2.Are all your products organic, non-GMO and natural products?

We have a variety of items listed in our e-shop. Most of our products are certified organic, USDA Organic, non-GMO and natural products. Please refer to each product description to find out.


3.Are your able to assure that your products organic, non-GMO and natural products?

Unfortunately, we do not control the certification and quality as this is the manufacturers’ accountability to get their products certified to use such labelling. 



  1. How fast can I expect my products to be delivered to me?

We will email you a Delivery confirmation and Tracking number(s) for the order(s) on the first business day following the day on which the order(s) is shipped.

Order Processing time will take within 1 to 2 business days. Any order submitted on a non-business day will be deemed received by us on the next business day. “Business days” is inclusive of weekdays (Monday through Friday) and excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays.

Delivery time by the shipping carrier will differ depending on your destination.

Our warehouses depending on which item, are located in Philadelphia, New York and Texas.

After we process your order, please allow another 1 to 6 days for the shipment to arrive at your destination.

5. How will my orders be packaged?

To provide a better online shopping variety and experience for our customers, we resell an assortment of Products from various distributors’ warehouses. As a result, your goods ordered may be delivered at different times and in split packages depending on which warehouse has the items. Items will be packed in a master carton box from each warehouse.

Items ordered may come from minimum 1 warehouse to a maximum of 3 warehouse locations and packages may be split up. All orders regardless from which warehouses will be processed and send out for shipment at the same time within 1 -2 business days.


  1. Since your products come from multiple warehouses, will I need to pay for extra charges?

Different warehouse locations will actually incur separate shipping charges for orders shipped from each warehouse.

However, to enable better online shopping experience for our customers, LifeStyletic will not charge the extra shipping fees and will absorb the fees. Our customers can be assured that you are only charged for shipping as if your items are shipped from only one warehouse location instead of from various warehouse locations.


  1. How are my shipping fees calculated?

We offer UPS Ground, UPS Surepost and US Postal (First Class, PriorityMail – no flat rate). We will in our sole discretion, select the most cost-efficient shipping method.

Customers will be charged a UPS or USPS shipping fee based on the package weight, and dimensions of the order.

As the shipping zone destination varies, we derived the shipping fees based on the median shipping rates of both UPS and USPS based on package weight and dimension of each order transaction.

Our shipping charges are

  • First 1 lbs = $6.00 flat rate
  • Subsequent 0.5 lbs = additional $0.25 each

We do not charge you for multiple warehouse locations as mentioned in question 6.


  1. I love it that I can get an immediate savings of 5% from my first dollar spent in your e-shop. How can this happen?

We understand that we are not a big player like Amazon to be able to provide free shipping to their AmazonPrime customers.

We hope to make it attractive for you to shop with us, if we offer you 5% discount off your product orders. This excludes shipping charges. Remember to include the 5% discount coupon at checkout.

  • Get an additional 5% discount if you spend $50 and above (excluding shipping fees).
  • Get free shipping for spending $99 and above. 
  • No Sales Taxes on all purchases! 
  1. Do you provide for International Shipments out of the US?

For all green lifestyle products, natural foods, vitamins, minerals, supplements personal care, baby, pet care and household care; due to very strict restrictions from several brands about not leaving the US, we are unable to ship to non-US addresses. We apologise on this.

For such items, we only to ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico as well as American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to APO and FPO military addresses.


  1. How do I make an Order Cancellations/Modifications?

Order cancellations or modifications must be communicated to us at lifestyletic.com@gmail.com or info@lifestyletic.com before 10 am Eastern Time.

We will try our best to honor order cancellation or modifications submitted. However, do not guarantee any changes can be made to an order after it has been submitted to our warehouses.


  1. How do I return defective goods received?

Sure, we will accept returns of defective goods for a limited period of 10 days upon received. Please contact us at lifestyletic.com@gmail.com or info@lifestyletic.com for a pre-approval of returns. We will also need photos of the product condition. Any product defect issues past this 10 day period will not be entertained.

We only accept returns for item(s) defect. Depending on the defect, we will resend the new good(s) to your shipping address.

Sorry as we also do not accept returns for “buyers remorse”.



  1. Wow, I absolutely love that I have additional saving because there is no sales state taxes. How can this happen?

We work only with US distributors. However, our business is not registered in US. We do not collect any sales taxes from our US based shoppers to simplify our business model.

For countries where we need to legally collect the Sales Tax, we choose to absorb the amount instead. Sales taxes are all coming from our pocket not yours.

We are passing on additional savings from Sales Taxes directly to you; our customers. Ain’t that sweet!



  1. Can you tell me more about Shipping, Duty and Import Taxes?


We are unable to advice you the fees amount or if it is applicable to your countries. In general most countries have a minimum threshold eg $300 before the product attracts additional fees. Please refer to your countries’ relevant duty and import authorities.
