TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wellness Grocer @ LifeStyletic e-shop

 

  1. Wellness Grocer @ LifeStyleticis a reseller of green lifestyle products, natural foods, vitamins, minerals, supplements personal care, baby, pet care and household care (“Products”); and
  1. As ‘CUSTOMERS’ on our e-Shop, you agreed to engage ‘LIFESTYLETIC’ to pick, handle, package and arrange delivery of ‘Products’ ordered by you to your designated shipping address.
  1. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein LIFESTYLETIC and CUSTOMERS agree as follows:-

 

  1. Payment.

(a) LIFESTYLETIC will issue payment receipt to CUSTOMERS by transaction which is generated through PayPal. CUSTOMERS shall submit payment via PayPal, and agrees that no goods will be shipped out until payment is transacted and confirmed.

(b) LIFESTYLETIC do not collect any payment information including credit/debit card and bank details. All these information are being processed directly between CUSTOMERS and PayPal Payment gateway. We are not responsible for such information.

(c) CUSTOMERS shall notify LIFESTYLETIC of any discrepancies via email at info@lifestyletic.com or lifestyletic.com@gmail.com This includes updating of incorrect email address, shipment address and / or billing address with immediate effect to avoid future inconvenience.

 

  1. Shipping of Products

(a) Upon payment in full by CUSTOMERS, LIFESTYLETIC shall work with our distributors’ to pick the required in-stock Products for the Order, package the in-stock items, and ship the Order to the specified shipping destination.

(b) Order Processing time will take within 1 to 2 business days. Any order submitted by CUSTOMERS on a non-business day will be deemed received by LIFESTYLETIC on the next business day. “Business days” is inclusive of weekdays (Monday through Friday) and excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays.

(c) LIFESTYLETIC offers UPS Ground, UPS Surepost and US Postal (First Class, Priority Mail – no flat rate).

LIFESTYLETIC will, in its sole discretion, select the most cost-efficient shipping method.

(d) CUSTOMERS will be charged a UPS or USPS shipping fee based on the package weight, and dimensions of the order. As the shipping zone destination varies, we derived the shipping fees based on the median shipping rates of both UPS and USPS based on package weight and dimension of each order transaction.

Our derived shipping charges are

  • First 1 lbs = $6.00 flat rate
  • Subsequent 0.5 lbs = additional $0.25 each

(e) To provide a better online shopping variety and experience for our CUSTOMERS, LIFESTYLETIC resells a number of Products from various vendors through various warehouses. As a result, CUSTOMERS acknowledge and agree that the goods ordered may be delivered at different times and in split packages depending on which warehouse has the items.

(f) Although different warehouse locations will actually incur separate shipping charges for orders shipped from each warehouse; for better online shopping experience to our CUSTOMERS, LIFESTYLETIC will not charge the extra shipping fees and will absorb the fees. CUSTOMERS can be assured that you are only charged for shipping as if your items are shipped from one warehouse location instead of from various warehouse locations.

(g) In general, items ordered will come from minimum 1 warehouse to a maximum of 3 warehouse locations and packages may be split up. LIFESTYLETIC assures CUSTOMERS that all orders regardless from which vendors and warehouses will be processed and sent out for shipment at the same time within 1 -2 business days.

(h) Delivery time by the shipping carrier will differ depending on your destination. Our warehouses depending on which items, are located in Philadelphia, New York and Texas. Please allow between 2 to 6 days for the shipment to arrive at your destination. Refer to chart for estimated delivery days.

Estimated Delivery Map 300x216 Terms & Conditions   Wellness Grocer @ LifeStyletic(i) LIFESTYLETIC will email CUSTOMERS a Delivery confirmation and Tracking number(s) for the order(s) on the first business day following the day on which the order(s) is shipped.

(j) LIFESTYLETIC will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier as well as any damage, loss or liability created thereby.

(k) If any, CUSTOMERS shall be responsible for and bear the costs associated with any and all charges, penalties, assessments and or fees (“fees”), imposed by UPS or the USPS resulting from an adjustment, modification, error and/or or incorrect shipping information provided by CUSTOMERS.

(l) LIFESTYLETIC’s liability for package delivery ends with receiving a proof of delivery (no signature) from the common shipping carrier.

 

  1. International Shipments

For all “Products” such as green lifestyle products, natural foods, vitamins, minerals, supplements personal care, baby, pet care and household care; due to very strict restrictions from several brands about not leaving the US, we are unable to ship to non-US addresses. We apologize on this.

LIFESTYLETIC ships to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico as well as American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US

Virgin Islands. We do not ship to APO and FPO military addresses.

 

  1. Order Cancellations/Modifications.

Order cancellations or modifications must be communicated by CUSTOMERS to LIFESTYLETIC at lifestyletic.com@gmail.com  or  info@lifestyletic.com  before 10 am Eastern Time.

LIFESTYLETIC will use its best efforts to honor order cancellation or modifications submitted.

Notwithstanding, LIFESTYLETIC does not guarantee any changes can be made to an order after it has been submitted to our warehouses.

 

  1. CUSTOMERS Returns of Goods.

(a) LIFESTYLETIC will accept returns for a limited period. We do not accept returns for “buyers remorse”. We only accept returns for item(s) defect. All returned goods must be in their full and original packaging.

b) Pre-approval for returns must be received by LIFESTYLETIC within 10 days from the shipment date of the Product to the shipping destination. Pre-approval shall be obtained by contacting lifestyletic.com@gmail.com  or  info@lifestyletic.com for a RMA #. The RMA # must be assigned by LIFESTYLETIC before the Product is shipped back to LIFESTYLETIC. Any product defect issues past this 10 day period will not be entertained.

(c) Depending on the defect, we will resend the new good(s) to your shipping address.

 

  1. Product Guarantee and Limitation of Liability.

(a) LIFESTYLETIC is a reseller and not a manufacturer, of the Products it resells. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS SUBSECTION, LIFESTYLETIC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE PRODUCTS IT RESELLS.

(b) All Products are guaranteed to be in saleable condition at the time of shipping. “Expiration dates” and/or “Shelf life” dates will vary from product to product.

(c) CUSTOMERS indemnifies LIFESTYLETIC from any and all liabilities, damages, claims, judgments, awards, settlements, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees suffered by CUSTOMERS including, but not limited to, the sales, exchange or service by CUSTOMERS of any Product manufactured or distributed by such manufacturer, which Product is defective for failure to observe or comply with any applicable international, federal, state, or local laws, orders, regulations, ordinances, rulings and/or directives including, but not limited to, applicable environmental, safety, health, labeling and hazardous materials laws, unless any such claim arises from any grossly negligent or intentional act or omission by CUSTOMERS.

 

  1. Force Majeure.

LIFESTYLETIC will not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of this Agreement, or in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by CUSTOMERS by reasons such delay or failure directly or indirectly, caused by, or in any manner arises from, fires, floods, accidents, civil unrest, acts of God, war, governmental interference or embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, shortage of labor, fuel, power, materials, or supplies, transportation delays, or any other cause or causes (whether or not similar in nature to any of these hereinbefore specified) beyond LIFESTYLETIC’s reasonable control.

 

All orders are accepted with the understanding that they are subject to LIFESTYLETIC’s ability to obtain the necessary products, and all orders as well as shipments applicable thereto are subject to LIFESTYLETIC’s terms, conditions and schedules and government regulations, orders, directives, and restrictions that may be in effect from time to time.
